Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The NC 700 headphones should have no problem connecting to your iPad via bluetooth, the same way they connect to a phone. You will need to first download the BOSE Music app onto your iPad from the App Store. You'll want to make sure that the bluetooth function of your iPad is turned on (under "Settings"). Once you power on the headphones (and its bluetooth) the app will search for your headphones (keep the two devices near each other while you do this) and guide you through the pairing process. If the app has trouble finding your headphones, check the bluetooth list on your iPad and you should see "Bose NC 700 HP" on the list; press that to connect. Alternatively, you can use the included 2.5mm to 3.5mm cable to connect the headphones to the iPad, but you will need the Apple lightning-to-3.5mm adapter, and likely a 3.5mm to 3.5mm headphone cable extension, as the one supplied is rather short. Hope this helps.
