Hello Northernguy! Great question. While the audio playback would be the same just about any device, the phone calls respond differently between the two platforms. To help with that, we instead designed two separate Inline microphones to meet Apple and Android specific requirements. Hope that helps! Thank you again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently purchased these earbuds that specifically listed that they were for Android but the guy told me that they would work with my IPhone. Unfortunately he was wrong since the remote that controls the volume and the on and off did not work. I returned them for the ones that are specific to iPhone and they work perfect. If you have an android you need to purchase the ones that are specific to android.
