They should. The earpiece goes arround, covering the whole ear.

It is quite roomier than it looks and the sound quality is exceptional too. For your dad the noise cancelation might be bad with his hearing aid since it sends out the same frequency as your surrounding sounds if the volume on his hearing aid is high it might cause headaches. So just remind him before you have him blasting the sound

You might also consider an On-Ear headset if you find it's a better fit with his hearing aids in place.
