“Where to buy the replacement cable I just bought my headphone for 3 days the 3.5mm cable broke into pieces when I tried to unplug it . Does anyone know where to buy a replacement cable other than Amazon or eBay”

• Contact Bose they will send you new ones if just purchased without question. My wire was not working neither, I called them and new phones are on their way.

• Should be able to pick it up in store or if there is a place like radio Shack

• Please call Bose technical service at 800-367-4008 and we'll be glad to assist. Support hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 9:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 7:00PM EST. Please have the 17 digit serial number handy and we'll be glad to help with a replacement.
