“Are these headphones good for running or working out?”

• They will stay on your head and not mess up the sound but they don't breathe so you'll sweat quite a bit in them. They do help a lot with blocking out other gym noise though. Just not sure how much the ear cups would degrade with the sweat. I haven't tried the bose earbuds, but those might be a better try for your needs.

• These are probably best for sitting at a desk indoors. If you want to exercise while listening to audio, PowerBeats Pro or similar would be a better option. The sweat causes the earpads to wear very quickly over time, so I wouldn't recommend it.

• Probably not. If I’m outside in the heat they cause my head to sweat and then the ear foam starts breaking down quite rapidly

• No they dont stay on your head if you run but light workout maybe lifting weights or fast walking
