• Yes get the Bose app to change settings, right bud controls the volume by gently sliding your finger up or down on the bud

• Yes you have to go into your settings in the bose app and turn it on and turn off quick app or something like that. It took me a minute to figure it out but it does work extremely well.

• The QC Earbuds have swipe controls in the earbud itself. You will need to activate this in the Bose Music Application.

• Yes. On the right earbud, you can swipe up to raise the volume and swipe down to lower the volume.
