• Absolutely not. And you would be lucky if they stayed in your ear long enough to press the trigger to break the shot. Don’t skimp on ANY part of safety when training with a firearm.

• I wouldn’t advise shooting while listening to something with these in. Stick to regular plugs or ear muffs. Also, active noise canceling works best on more droning sounds. Think ambient noise on an airplane, not so much loud bangs.
