• My buds stay in perfectly. I've worked out with them in, had no issues. Be sure to use the proper bud size, they should stay in just fine.

• Yes. Like previous Bose ear buds, they have the silicone ear tips. They come in 3 different sizes. I’ve used many different Bose in ear products for years and never had a fallout issue, even when running or biking.
