“The left earbud only shows a blue light in the charger. The right one shows a bright white light. The left one does not appear to work. I purchased them a year ago but just started using them. They are new out of the box... Any hope or just return them? T”

I had that issue with my first pair. I needed up returning. They were still under warranty
