I bought my Bose QuiteComfort Earbuds last May 29 2023. Now stops working, the LED keep flashing red and white, i did all the troubleshooting guide over bose website. The worst is i entered my SN and it says out of Warranty. Can Best Buy replace it? null

Yep, same here. Waste of money. Bose needs to do better...they should send us new ones.

Is the problem with the earbuds or the case itself where you charge them? You might need to replace just the charging box or try getting an update on the bose app
