Hello, yes you can place and receive phone calls with the QuietComfort Ultra Headphones.

A google search tells me yes, i haven't tired it.

If you talk about to push one button to take phone calls , no its not like a handfree but if you have iphone you can use Siri or any other IA that helps you to answer phone calls.
