• I don't think so. Best Buy does not have Geek Squad coverage for this item and the sales person told me I had 14 days to return.

• I think you have to go by Best Buy's Return Policy. Their policy depends on also if you have a Best Buy Membership. For instance, if you're an Elite member you have a little longer to return an item. It tells you on the site how each tier works. If you have a question you might want to call them and ask them specifically.
