Is this product recommended with my 75' Sony flat tv ? null

As long as your TV has a standard audio output (RCA, optical or digital coaxial), this system will be compatible. If your TV doesn't have one of these types of output, you can always run an audio cable directly from your cable/satellite box to the system to make it work.
