We were trying to turn it on while it was plugged in and nothing was happening. Once we disconnected the charger and then turned it on it worked just like it was supposed to.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine was a bit stubborn coming out of the box, but it didn't take too long to charge up. The buttons get a little tricky the first time you use it. I think it just has to warm up and get functioning; if you keep having problems try taking it back and having them look at it, their tech department is very savvy.
