You need Bluetooth capabilities for wireless. Otherwise, you can connect via auxiliary jack on the back of the speaker

Our wireless speakers are not designed for use with tv. There can be a delay between the audio and video which is very distracting. For that reason, we've found that a wired connection is best with tv sound.

Your tv will need a head phone jack or and auxiliary port in/output to connect the speaker but if you have a smart tv then it may have Bluetooth capability.
