I like bose. It has a voltage rating of 110 - 220 V. so you need to check the rating the country you are travelling.

As for traveling outside the country that would depend on the airline your using and their restrictions on electronic devices...with that said this device is small enough to fit most purses and or hand bags. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest this over the flip, due to the fact that the flip has the speaker exposed and may be punctured during your trip. In my opinion, it would be ideal for travel.
