• They only made so many of these speakers so that is why it's limited edition.

• The red color is "Limited Edition" meaning they may discontinue production of the speaker in that color (or may have only conducted a limited production run). If you like the color and it's available, grab one now as it may not be available later (while the standard colors will remain available)
