“My speaker stopped charging. Regardless if it's directly connected to the energy plug it just wont turn on. I've had this speaker for one year, not used heavily. What should I don to verify the battery life?”

I think its fairly important to state that any purchase of electronic equipment should be purchased with Best Buys wonderful extended service package. That way you're covered. Its worth the investment

I'm not sure about verifying battery life. you could try the Bose app. Bose has a great customer service for their products. So, depending how long ago you purchased speaker, it is more likely covered under warranty.
