• The SoundLink Plus can be charged with any USB C cable. Please be sure to use a power supply/USB adapter rated 5V/3A to provide sufficient power to charge the speaker. Using a higher-capacity power supply provides no benefit, while lower-power supplies will result in longer charging times.

• Hmmm, Check your cable they go bad all the time, I charge mine on all kinds of things with multiple cables.
