A:AnswerIt is possible that the device or receptacle you are plugging the charger into has low voltage. Therefore the out put voltage of the charger may only be heigh enough to charge the speaker to 90%. Try a different voltage source.

A:AnswerI think so. The charge cable that plugs into the speaker has a USB plug on the other end. If you have a charger adapter that plugs into your outlet with the USB port on it you should be good to go
