Please try again later.When you turn on the Bose it should say “Battery (amount) percent, connected to (the designated name of your laptop).” Make sure you have charged the Bose before attempting to synchronize it. Be sure the volume is turned up and that you have completed the syncing operation so that in settings it reads “connected” next to the Bose icon. Failing that, give Bose a quick call and they will know the answer. Bose has fantastic customer service.
