Hello, ridzinieks. Thank you for your question. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulty using your SoundLink Revolve+ Bluetooth speaker with your PC. We would first recommend clearing the Bluetooth communication between your Revolve and your computer. Please hold the Revolve's Bluetooth button for about 10 seconds until you hear "Bluetooth device list cleared". Remove the Revolve from your computer's Bluetooth menu, and then reconnect the speaker to your computer. Also, please ensure that you have downloaded the latest Bluetooth drivers from HP's website.
