• A:Answer I suggest not purchasing the charging cradle, it is poorly designed and isn't worth the money. Just use the cable and power supply that came with your speaker and plug them directly to your speaker.

Q: QuestionI guess I don't understand why this cradle is needed. I bought and love the revolve+ speaker and it is fantastic. I generally charge it when it gets low and I don't have battery issues. What would the cradle do that I can't do right now with only speaker?

• A:Answer No. The SoundLink Revolve speaker receives Bluetooth signals (e.g. from a smartphone that's connected to it). So do Bluetooth headphones and/or earbuds. In this sense, your headphones/earbuds and the SoundLink Revolve speaker would have no way of sending a Bluetooth signal to each other, as they're both receivers of signals, not senders.

• A:Answer Q-Tip and 91% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Gently swab the contacts on BOTH your speaker AND charging dock and this should solve the issue. Just be sure to let the alcohol evaporate completely before you plug the charger back in and use it.
