“How do you clean the contacts on both the speaker and charger. I have to fiddle with the speaker to make contact with the charger”

• Q-Tip and 91% isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Gently swab the contacts on BOTH your speaker AND charging dock and this should solve the issue. Just be sure to let the alcohol evaporate completely before you plug the charger back in and use it.

• Hi Bop. Just clean the surface of the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do NOT use any solvents, chemicals, or cleaning solutions containing alcohol, ammonia, or abrasives.
