• Yes, my one of my headphones came out my ear while swimming, and fell to the bottom of the pool and they still work just fine.

• They have been so far. My husband and I purchased them. He sweat uncontrollably and had purchased Beats, but they kept shortening out because of his sweat issue, these have not!!
