• The voice quality is great, as long as if the buds are in correctly. As for the background noise ... they will hear everything.

• These have no noise cancellation, they do the job but are not the greatest for phone calls. At least not while im in the gym with a ton of background noise. People have had issues hearing me while in the gym, otherwise no issues in a normal environment.
