These headphones do have a microphone for making phone calls on a smartphone.

Yes they do have micro phones but it is very hard to talk through them while using the headphones. I always bring my phone up to my mouth like i would when using speaker phones. Not the best bluetooth mic.

Yes. And volume control and mute. The mic is improved over the QC15's. The QC15's had wire with and without a mic; the QC25 just has one and it has a mic.
