If watch has memory to store songs and Bluetooth then yes. But have to buy correct one. Bose has one for Apple devices and one for Android devices. Make sure you get correct one in store.

In my experience, you should be able to control playback using the Apple Watch's Music app. There isn't a Bose-provided solution for this, because there really isn't a need for it. Hope this helps.
