Yes, I have mine paired with my GearFit 2 and my phone when I cut them on. They sync to both at the same time and a voice comes on letting you know all the devices it's connected to.

Yes, it is. My headphones pair simultaneously to my iPad and my iPhone. But obviously, you can only listen to one source at a time.

I have it paired with my iPhone, iPad and Macbook Pro. You can switch between the three using the Bose App. If you just want to pair with two devices, you don't even need the app.

I cant say for certain with your exact setup, but I can tell you my iPhone 6 and Apple TV (version 4) connects to them simultaneously. I have no idea what would happen if they both try and play sound at the same time though as I haven't tried that yet.

There is a Bose Connect app in the App Store that makes setup a breeze.

No it is impossible. It can only be synchronized to one phone device at a time. If it were a different type of Bluetooth device like a speaker or keyboard then yes it could be simultaneously synchronized.
