• No they don't, its for use on phones, tablets and gadgets u carry while travel , not for usb devices

• They do not hook into the USB. They hook into the headphone jack on the computer. So, yes, they'll work for Skype on a computer.

• Only headphone jack, but the wire is removable if you were to find an adapter.

• These headphones have a regular, mini-jack connection (not USB). This unit also has no microphone, so it is probably not ideal for talking on Skype.
