Can this earbuds say the person that is calling null

NO but YES. That will be a SOFTWARE task, so as long as You SYNC it to your PH, you will just hear what you normally would when you hear your PH Ring. I use the app ( SPEAKI ) and it ANNOUNCES the Persons name on every call, so if I was listening to Music and a call comes in, I hear the APP telling me who's calling.

No, it doesn’t say the person name just their number.
