Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sound quality is great for open earbuds but the microphone does not sound great to callers and you have to speak loud enough for the headphones to pick up your voice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The low volume is a well known, and documented problem with Bose headphones. I've owned 4 pairs, and they all have the same problem. Bose will not address the issue, and will always claim its your device's issue. Unless you are in a very quiet spot, you cannot hear the other caller at max volume. Bose does not care to fix the issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are concerned about call quality,nothing can beat the shokz open ear dots. Calls are super high quality. Both are great in the sound department, however shokz could run circles on Bose for overall performance.
