Hello Krunal, the 791 speakers are compatible with amplifiers or receivers rated 10-100W per channel/rated 4 to 8 ohms - this isn't something that a TV normally outputs as (it needs positive and negative bare wire connections), so the audio is output from a TV to a receiver normally, that is then connected via the bare wires to the 791 speakers.
