Hello Pepe, we can definitely help, if you reset your Bose Wave SoundTouch Music System IV you will be able to add it again in the SoundTouch app. To reset your system: 1) Disconnect the system from power 2) Press and hold the Control button on the back of the SoundTouch pedestal 3) While pressing and holding the Control button, reconnect power. Continue to hold the Control button for five seconds until the LED Status indicator is blinking white (then release). After releasing the Control button, the SoundTouch pedestal will take approximately 3-4 minutes to reset to factory defaults. During this time the LED will blink white, solid white, orange, and no LED. After 3-4 minutes the LED will continuously blink orange and is now completely factory reset and in initial setup mode.
