Yes, it does. The headphones require you to power them on to operate regardless of how they're connected, but you get the full features no matter how you connect them.

Noise cancelling will function while using the USB C or 3.5mm input. Apple Audio sharing is a feature unique to Apple products and the unique chipset they utilize.
