The incline and decline and adjustable speed works but it is slow. That’s the majority of the problem with this. Second, the app in the instruction manual and website is wrong. I had to call their call center to find out the new app called JRNY! Don’t know what that means but that’s the app for this model. Third, in order for the Bluetooth to work you have to use this app. Fourth, the speakers are not mean for your personal music other than the app! Does that make sense to you? Fifth, no you can’t play your own music when they claim Bluetooth and two speakers! Six, Did I mention you have to pay the monthly subscription fee if you want to use the virtual run on the app? Oops! Guess they want more money from you! Last, you can run without the app but to me for what I paid for is not even worth it compared to other better treadmills I’ve used!

I had to find out the hard way by calling their customer service call center! It’s called the JRNY app! And guess what? Bluetooth doesn’t work until you download the app! Guess what? You have to pay a monthly subscription fee if you want to use the virtual run app!
