• You have to fold up the treadmill and then tilt it slightly towards you to engage the rollers. It's a two person job, one push and the other person guides.

• There are rollers in the middle, you lift from the front onto the rollers to move. It’s really pretty easy - I was surprised. Note the instructions say not to roll with the belt down.
