Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its a great question. I created an account and it somehow seemed to know it was new. For whatever its worth the account on the treadmill only gets you so far, you have to 'really' set it up on your phone/computer. Again I have no idea how it knew I was deserving of 12 months free, but somehow it did (its the only smart thing of this machine)
