Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ran into the same problem I had it professionally installed but they didn't tell me I had to have a surge protector, so as far as i can tell you when you turned it on the motor burned out because of the electrical surge that went into it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless there is some assembly problem, it should work without JRNY membership. When it turns on, it updates the OS, program and gets the latest patches . Once done, it should work. Then you can register to JRNY subscription if you want to, to give you access to more programs etc
