Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can have it assembled but if you are the slightest bit handy you can do it and save a couple hundred dollars. There is a youtube video that takes you step by step. It took me about three hours to fully assemble it. The biggest problem I found is that there is not a great deal of slack in the wire connections.

It took 3 months to get it "repaired" and worked for 2 minutes. Literally 2 minutes. The repair guy was at the stop sign at the end of the street when I tried to get him. After 4 hours on the phone, I got Nautilus to agree to replace the unit, which took 2 more months. The replacement unit worked for 3 workouts. It didn't even just stop working, it stopped responding to all the buttons while I was running at my max speed. I had to jump off the treadmill.
