ifit.app is a streaming series of exercise programs for NordicTrack equipment while JRNY (JOURNEY) is a similar product for BowFlex equipment. JRNY requires a monthly or yearly subscription ($19.99 monthly or $149.00 yearly). The T 10 treadmill that I own can be used in manual without the JRNY service. The treadmill does requires a wi-fi connection to register the unit with Bowflex. After wi-fi registration the T 10 can be used in manual without wi-fi. When using treadmill in in manual the user selects the speed and incline.
