“Has anybody else experienced a loud clicking noise from the rear wheel? I had to exchange the first one I received and now the second one is also doing it.”

Hello Ann, I purchased my Velocore in early December 2021. It had a loud, clicking noise from the rear wheel. I contacted Bowflex (waited on hold for 1'20" before someone answered) and they concluded that I needed to replace the flywheel. They shipped out a replacement (took about 2 weeks to arrive) then had a tecnician come out and replacement. Works great now! Annette
