• The seat is not comfortable at all. It is designed for serious competitive biking. We replaced the seat. Bowflex and Amazon offer comfortable replacement seats.

• The seat is not even remotely comfortable. Perhaps if you ride bikes enough to have developed tolerance to narrow, hard seats it might be tolerable, but my wife and I both found it painful to ride on by the end up our first ride--and on subsequent rides it hurt almost immediately. Bowflex sells an comfort seat upgrade on their site which completely alleviates the problem. It should have been the default option as there are lots of folks who've had similar experiences posting reviews on various sites.
