• Aloha LJH -- I got my Braun Shaver over six months ago and still use the original foil head for daily shaving... For special occasions I have a brand new foil head to snap on for a really close/smooth shave... Foil Head longevity seems to depend on beard thickness and frequency of shaves and how well you clean up after use... Good Luck...

• I bought my razor in August 2017 so at this time over 2 years ago. It still works great but I'm slowly looking at a replacement. Been using the cleaning station frequently and occasionally a soap and water rinse. I can only hope that the replacement heads will last just as long but most online reviews are very unfavorable

• 18 months if you clean the razor after each shave, regularly use the "clean and charge station," and avoid immersing the head in water.
