Washer not working null

I'm no expert, but make sure you have power to the cleaning station, shaver is fully seated in cleaning station meaning lights come on to recognize shaver. Also cleaning solution may be low or no cartridge. A red light on the left side of the cleaning station means replace cartridge or it will not clean at all.
