• While an apple or, for example, pear could be placed in the Breville® BJE200 Juice Fountain® Compact could be processed without peeling, generally citrus should always be peeled as the pith and rind can drastically change the flavor of any juice extracted.

• I never tried with an orange, but if the apple is small enough to fit into the opening, just remove the stem. That's what I do, pears, whole cucumber whatever fits into the chute, otherwise cut them in half
