“What is the placement or position of the legs? I would need to place it on a shelf that is 17” deep.”

• The legs are small on the bottom and are fixed in place. The manufacturer's book recommends leaving 20 cm (almost 8 inches) on all side. It does get warm on the outside when other functions besides just the microwave one.

• The external dimensions of the Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave are 20.4" (W) x 12.5" (H) x 20.2" (D). It is not recommended that the microwave be placed on a surface that is less then it's full depth.
