Is this a slide out load for water and coffee grinds null

Coffee basket slides out only. Water reservoir is stationary.

The basket used for the grounds on the Breville® BDC400 Precision Brewer™ Glass does slide out for filling or emptying. However the water tank would need to be filled from above.
