The Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro is designed for use with a standard 120V, and recommend it be placed on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. We recommend avoiding other high-wattage appliances on the same circuit while the oven is in use.

With this, a 15 amp circuit is fine until you turn on another countertop, eg watter kettle, air fryer, double-boiler espresso machine, etc.  Good exercise resetting the breaker.
