• When cooking fatty foods in the Breville® BOV900BSS Smart Oven® Air, it is best to use the roasting pan instead of the Air Fry/Dehydrate basket to prevent any of the oil from dripping.

• This unit handles the air frying as good if not better than a regular air fryer. Actually you can spread the item to be cooked for more even frying.
